We’re still early, which means there are plenty of foundational product and engineering problems left to solve.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to build, ship and own meaningful parts of the Sitaara product.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team and founders across our mobile app, backend systems, APIs, infrastructure and AI-enabled product experiences.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership. You won’t simply receive isolated tickets — you’ll be expected to understand the problem, contribute to technical decisions and take features from idea to production.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship features across Sitaara’s mobile and backend stack

• Work on our Flutter mobile app, Go backend services and PostgreSQL databases

• Design and build reliable APIs and third-party integrations

• Improve application performance, reliability and scalability

• Work with cloud infrastructure, deployment and CI/CD systems

• Integrate AI/ML and personalisation systems into product experiences

• Debug production issues and improve engineering quality as we scale

• Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of strong software development experience

• Experience with backend development using Go, Python or Node.js — Go preferred

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Experience with Flutter/Dart or React Native is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern software development practices

• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is useful

• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work across the stack

Strong plus: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems, recommendations or personalisation.
