About Sitaara
Sitaara is building a trusted parenting companion to help parents understand their children better and navigate the decisions of early childhood with clarity.
Our product brings together expert knowledge, personalisation and AI to help parents find the right guidance when they need it.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who wants to take real ownership of a live consumer product.
You’ll work closely with the founders, product and engineering teams to improve how parents discover, understand and use Sitaara.
This is not a role where you’ll spend months designing screens that never ship. You’ll design, test, learn from users, iterate and see your work go live.
What You’ll Do
Own and improve UI/UX across the Sitaara app
Work with the product team to rethink and experiment with user flows
Translate product ideas into wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs
Use user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve the experience
Work closely with engineering through implementation
Contribute to Sitaara’s evolving design system
Help create marketing and brand creatives when needed
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of UI/UX or product design experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Figma
Experience designing mobile products is strongly preferred
Good visual design fundamentals — hierarchy, spacing, typography and layout
Ability to think beyond how a screen looks to how a user moves through it
Comfortable receiving feedback, testing ideas and iterating quickly
Who This Is For
You’ll enjoy this role if you want more responsibility than most junior design roles offer.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious and capable of punching above their weight — someone who wants to become a strong product designer by working on real user problems, shipping frequently and seeing the impact of their work.
You’ll work closely with a team that has held leadership roles across brands including Healthify, Uber, Discovery Inc. and The Better India, with direct exposure to product, brand and business decisions.
There is significant room for the role to grow with the product.
